Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from SassyBadge. If you’re not, simply return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, following the below guidelines.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please call us at 941.539.2232 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM ET).

If returning for any other reason:
- Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Ensure the item(s) and a copy of the receipt are included in the package.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense and are not refundable.

- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (less shipping/handling fees).
- All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount.
- Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit, and one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- No returns on custom items.
